    Was unable to workout for 2yrs due to elbow injury. Started working out this year but elbow was constantly aggravated so workouts were minimal. Since taking this my recovery time is very fast and can now workout every day if I wanted to. I haven't noticed significant strength or size gains but thats not why I bought it anyway. I bought it for the recovery and the energy. Im sure the strength and size will come due to being able to workout more frequently. Overall I am very happy with the results and will continue to take it. I dont think you will be disappointed if you set realistic expectations.

    Im 20 years old, & I've used products from this company years back and recently bought power velvet to see if it would help me get my energy back. After about two days I took two droppers before work and within a couple hours I noticed how my motivation to get things done at work skyrocketed, and my mental focus was on a new level.     Been taking this for roughly two weeks, was going to use it as a pre workout and also a recovery but Jason suggested taking the regular velvet for recovery and this in the morning, and wow this has been quite the stack, also it saves me about 20 bucks a month doing it that way so its a win win, I've been taking the capsules at night and after two weeks I'm starting to notice being ready to go and more rested with less soreness before I even do my morning stretches and warm up, went from being able to do 25 military push ups in a row now Im already at 36 have more energy through the day and my mood and appetite has improved as well, make sure youre taking it with lots of good food as it becomes more bio available this way overall this stuff rocks 10/10 would recommend, my friends say that I'm not natty because I take this haha
